Voice drowned in the cacophony of a million others,
getting lost in the melee often;
Press on the mute button, shutting out all but yours,
then speak up and the world shall listen.


‘What sports do you follow?’
‘Rumal chori’
‘Huh?’
‘Oh, it’s a dying sport. You wouldn’t have heard of it.’
‘Okay… so all you do now is watch movies?’
‘Among other things’
‘What’s your favorite?’
‘Among other things?’
‘No, I meant movie.’
‘Oh, Jajabara’
‘Haven’t heard of it.’
‘I’m sure. You don’t appear to be very bright either.’
