Yesterday, we left from office early for a team dinner. The dinner was great but more than that was the camaraderie that had all of us in its wake. And being what and who we are, the conversations and topics were silly and shitty at times, but enjoyable throughout.
Some of them went like this:

THE HOURS…

28Oct07

My last read was The Hours… And how wonderful have the hours been after that! Michael Cunningham is the new idol among others. I had that book since long, but was justifiably wary of taking it up. Virginia Woolf and I sure have something in common (not that I’m proud of it despite the high [...]

Ha! Home at last!
I’ll be going home tomorrow and hence blogging will be out of question. This will give a much needed respite, from my rantings, to my readers, who have so far stayed faithful despite constant reminders to stay away.
A week from now and I hope to be back in action. Much to the chagrin [...]

The train stopped again. Between the last station and the next, this was the second time that it stopped. And every time it stopped, he jumped. It was not new for the train to halt between stations and he knew that it won’t ever be the last either; but he just couldn’t help feeling restless about it. [...]

The more learned and educated might refute my [...]

Dalmaa… And Dahi Baigana… Great combination and absolutely no confusion! Bingo! These are Oriya delicacies which I guess all Oriyas like. And we had a thick dalma and a tasty dahi baigana today for lunch. Cooked by Master chef Hell’s Angel and eaten by your’s truly, it was a great experience.
After a long long time, [...]

And this is it… Not great stuff, nor great creativity but kinda okayish… I mean, not bad for first timers.
This is purely a work of fiction and has nothing whatsoever to do with any person(s) either living or dead nor does it attempt to discredit/dishonour/humiliate any individual, neither friend nor foe.

It had always been on my mind to make a film (please don’t laugh… it ain’t that funny), a movie like they show on the television. I didn’t want my production to be a documentary, for, educating people or creating awareness was never my intention. Documentaries are more appropriate for film makers who want to [...]
